Recent Fraud Attacks
There have been recent fraud attacks affecting Iowa financial institutions. The fraud attacks consist of automated telephone calls made to customers' home telephones and cellular telephones, claiming to originate from Visa® security. The automated call demands that customers enter information, such as their primary account number (PAN), card expiration date, or card verification value (CVV2), immediately through their touchtone telephones to prevent account deactivation.
Please do not give out any card information. Be assured that the New Albin Savings Bank and SHAZAM would never ask for your card information. We are working hard to prevent fraud from happening to you.
